Franchising is the process by which an organization (referred to as the Franchisor) grants another person, company, trust or closed corporation (referred to as the Franchisee) the right to use their proven business model, brand name and intellectual property. Franchising means that you work FOR yourself, but not BY yourself.

Franchising is a recognized form of business in South Africa, which has foundation of many successful business. Most nationally recognized restaurants and fast foods outlets are Franchises and at least 3 of the top 5 real estate companies are Franchises.

As a prospective franchisee you will be evaluated in 5 phases to be successfully approved as an ERA Franchisee. Your attention to detail will benefit & expedite your qualification process.

PHASE 1: Online Prospect Scoring

The Prospect Scoring Questionnaire is available online, click here. You will be contacted and an Information Pack will be couriered to all viable prospects.

PHASE 2: The Franchise Information Pack

The Franchise Information Pack contains detailed information about the ERA Franchise System, brochures as well as an Area Analysis of the region.

The Formal Franchise Application must be completed and returned for assessment.

PHASE 3: The Franchise Presentation

The complete Franchise System will be discussed during a one-to-one presentation.

The Franchise Agreement will be signed, if the applicant is approved and once all the required actions and documentation of the Franchise Information Pack, completed.
